Terms & Conditions
1. Refund Policy: All payments made to Saline Clinic Bali are non-refundable.
2. Payment Schedule: Payments must be settled in full either in advance or immediately following the medical treatment.
3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, secure payment links, and bank transfers.
4. Bank Transfer Verification: For all bank transfers, a valid digital or physical proof of transfer must be presented to the attending medical staff on-site for verification before the team departs.
5. International Card Surcharges: Payments made using international credit or debit cards will incur an additional bank processing fee (surcharge).
6. American Express (AMEX) Payments: Due to limited banking support for AMEX in Indonesia, specific processing requirements apply:
- Advance Notice: Please inform us during booking if you intend to pay via AMEX so our team can provide the compatible EDC machine.
- Alternative Options: If an AMEX-compatible machine is unavailable, you agree to pay via an alternative accepted method. Alternatively, our team can generate a secured online payment link (standard bank fees apply).
7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We enforce a strict 3-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made within three (3) hours of the appointment time will result in the On-Call/Transport Fee being charged in full. This must be settled via bank transfer or secure payment link.
8. Location Accuracy & Logistics: The patient is responsible for providing a correct address and a precise Google Maps location pin. Saline Clinic Bali is not liable for delays caused by incorrect location data. Inaccuracies that require the team to travel to a different location may result in additional transport fees.
9. Home Service & On-Call Fees: For all home service/villa packages, the Transport/On-Call Fee is a fixed logistical charge. This fee must be paid in full regardless of the medical outcome or if the treatment cannot proceed due to patient-side factors.
10. Code of Conduct & Right of Refusal: Our medical team is committed to treating every patient with the utmost professional respect. We expect a reciprocal level of kindness and respect from our patients to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment. Saline Clinic Bali reserves the right to refuse service or terminate appointments in cases of verbal abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.
11. Acceptance of Terms: By confirming your booking with Saline Clinic Bali, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
